You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders — your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures that solutions are implemented effectively and efficiently. You are proactive in identifying customer challenges and unblocking their path to production, demonstrating a customer-first mindset.

Your experience includes working closely with implementation teams, including AWS Professional Services and Partners — you understand the importance of aligning technical solutions with business objectives and customer requirements. You are comfortable producing technical content such as whitepapers and blogs, contributing to the knowledge base of the AWS Technical Field.

Desirable

Experience with data protection, privacy, security, and compliance best practices is a plus — familiarity with regulatory frameworks will enhance your ability to guide customers effectively. A background in technical sales or customer engagement will further strengthen your profile, as you will be expected to advocate for customer needs and provide expert guidance throughout the engagement lifecycle.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and architect solutions that address complex digital sovereignty challenges, ensuring that customer requirements are met with innovative and compliant architectures. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to unblock customers and accelerate their path to production, leveraging your expertise in AWS services to provide best practices related to data protection and privacy.

You will play a critical role in capturing customer feedback and advocating for roadmap enhancements, working backwards from customer needs to anticipate future requirements. Your contributions will include producing technical content for customers and partners, enhancing their understanding of AWS capabilities and best practices.

As a Digital Sovereignty Specialist Solutions Architect, you will engage with customers throughout the engagement lifecycle, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of cloud-based solutions. You will also participate in field engagement and enablement activities, sharing your knowledge and expertise with the broader AWS Technical Field.
