You are an experienced technologist with a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills. With a proven track record in software and technology architecture or consulting, you understand how to connect technology with measurable business value. You enjoy working with large, global customers and have a passion for educating, training, and designing cloud solutions tailored for the financial services sector. Your strategic thinking enables you to navigate complex business and technical challenges effectively.
You have a deep understanding of cloud-based solutions and best practices for migrating existing workloads to the cloud. Your ability to advocate for customers and help them adopt AWS technologies is critical to your success in this role. You are self-motivated and thrive in environments where you can influence and drive change.
What you'll do
As a Principal Solutions Architect, you will partner with some of the worldβs largest financial services firms to craft highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures. Your role will involve collaborating with AWS Sales and other AWS teams to address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of AWS services. You will drive AWS technology adoption and revenue growth across a select group of global financial services customers, helping them understand best practices around advanced cloud solutions.
You will have the opportunity to shape and execute strategies that build mindshare and broad use of AWS within your customer base. Your responsibilities will include designing cloud architectures that meet customer needs, providing technical guidance, and ensuring successful implementation of AWS services. You will also engage in educating customers on AWS capabilities and best practices, fostering strong relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.
