What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the product owner for the Worldwide Grocery Store Private Brand business, focusing on food categories. You will own the development and execution of comprehensive sourcing strategies that meet financial targets while delivering exceptional products. You will collaborate with category teams across various grocery channels, including Whole Foods Market and Amazon Fresh, to optimize product assortments. Your responsibilities will include managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that the product offerings align with customer needs and brand values. You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve the product assortment and profitability. You will also support the broader grocery team in achieving their goals and contribute to the overall success of the private brand business.
