Who you are
You have a strong background in supply chain management with a focus on sales and operations planning (S&OP). With 5+ years of experience in a similar role, you understand the complexities of managing the flow of goods and services within a supply chain network. Your analytical skills allow you to identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement scalable systems that enhance efficiency.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Finance. Your ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive process improvements is complemented by your expertise in logistics optimization and network design. You are committed to delivering results that align with Amazon's mission of being the most customer-centric company on earth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of operations, emphasizing the optimization of the supply chain network. You will lead strategic initiatives related to network capacity and oversee cross-functional programs that enhance operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing the flow of goods, information, and services, ensuring that inventory is effectively supplied to SSD Fulfillment centers.
You will collaborate with various teams to implement automation and scalable systems that improve operational processes. Your impact will be visible as you contribute to the ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for analyzing operational efficiency and identifying areas for improvement, ensuring that Amazon continues to set the standard in supply chain management.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $115,400.00 - $160,000.00 USD annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
