Who you are

You have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in optimizing and managing the flow of goods, information, or services within a supply chain network. Your analytical prowess allows you to identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement scalable systems that enhance efficiency. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Finance, to achieve shared goals. You understand the importance of balancing supply and demand and have a keen eye for assessing and improving the efficiency of distribution networks, warehouses, or logistics operations.

You are skilled at analyzing and synthesizing data to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency. You have experience defining metrics and developing program management mechanisms that drive decision-making in complex network capacity situations. Your ability to influence and facilitate agreements among stakeholders is a key strength, allowing you to manage cross-functional network capacity initiatives effectively. You are committed to continuous improvement and adhere to lean philosophy at scale.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives related to network capacity within Amazon's various business units. You will concentrate on optimizing and managing the flow of goods, information, or services within the supply chain network. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiency in network capacity. You will define metrics, develop program management mechanisms, and invent or simplify processes to drive decision-making in complex network capacity situations. Collaboration with stakeholders across different functions will be essential as you influence and facilitate agreements to achieve shared network capacity goals. You will manage cross-functional network capacity initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to lean philosophy at scale.
