Who you are
You have a strong background in customer service and fulfillment operations, ideally with experience in managing post-order experiences for sellers. You understand the complexities of external fulfillment and are adept at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive results. Your analytical skills enable you to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions that enhance seller and customer experiences.
You are familiar with AWS technologies and understand how to leverage them to build capabilities that deter abuse and improve operational efficiency. Your strategic mindset allows you to provide both tactical and strategic oversight, ensuring that the features and functionalities you develop meet the needs of sellers and customers alike. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating the challenges that come with managing fulfillment operations.
What you'll do
As a Support Engineer in the External Fulfillment team, you will be responsible for managing the post-order experience for sellers, ensuring that they receive exceptional customer service and that buyers have a seamless returns experience. You will collaborate closely with software development engineers to build and enhance the features required for a best-in-class offering for sellers. Your role will involve inventing new ways to deliver value for sellers and their products, while also addressing any operational challenges that arise.
You will work on developing capabilities that improve the efficiency of fulfillment processes and deter potential abuse. This includes analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. Your contributions will play a critical role in driving Amazon's flywheel by ensuring that sellers can effectively manage their fulfillment operations and provide a positive experience for customers.
