You possess a strong understanding of AWS and its services, which are crucial for managing the infrastructure that supports live streaming events. Your technical skills allow you to navigate complex systems and ensure that video content is delivered smoothly to customers. You are detail-oriented and proactive in identifying potential issues before they impact the viewer experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for executing multiple live streaming events, ensuring that all technical aspects are functioning correctly. You will monitor the video signal from various venues, working closely with encoding and packaging infrastructure to deliver content to customer devices. Your role will involve using specialized tools and consumer devices in fully-equipped operations centers to oversee every stage of the signal path.

You will collaborate with internal teams to optimize the live streaming process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively with partners will be essential in maintaining strong relationships and ensuring that all parties are aligned on operational goals. You will also participate in post-event reviews to analyze performance and identify lessons learned for future events.
