What you'll do

As a Live Ops Support Engineer, you will own the operation and end-to-end monitoring of linear TV on Prime Video — this includes executing multiple live streaming events and ensuring that the video signal from partners is received and routed through our encoding and packaging infrastructure. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot any issues that arise during live events, ensuring that customers receive a seamless viewing experience.

You will utilize fully-equipped operations centers to monitor every stage of the signal path, making real-time decisions to address any disruptions. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to implement improvements and optimize the live streaming process, contributing to the overall success of Prime Video's live operations.

You will also participate in post-event reviews to analyze performance and identify areas for enhancement — your insights will help shape future live events and improve operational efficiency. By staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, you will ensure that Prime Video remains at the forefront of live streaming technology.
