You have a strong background in technical support, ideally with experience in software troubleshooting and customer service. What you'll do
As a Support Engineer at Amazon, you will play a critical role in providing technical assistance to our customers. You will troubleshoot and diagnose software issues, providing on-call support as needed. Your responsibilities will include resolving technical problems in a timely manner and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of product documentation.
You will document and track customer and system issues, ensuring that all problems are addressed efficiently. Additionally, you will automate manual tasks and workflows to enhance productivity. You will also participate in marketplace and region expansions, contributing to the growth of seller services.
Your role will involve maintaining the health of pipelines and participating in Continuous Improvement Initiatives (CCI) programs. You will work closely with the development team to improve product quality and ensure a seamless experience for Amazon Sellers across global marketplaces.
