Who you are
You have a strong background in system validation engineering, ideally with 5+ years of experience in defining and executing validation strategies for complex systems. You are skilled in debugging and triaging issues across hardware, firmware, and software components, ensuring that all aspects of the system work seamlessly together. Your leadership abilities shine as you drive teams to achieve high standards and deliver quality products that meet Amazon's customer expectations. You are detail-oriented and constantly seek ways to improve performance, quality, cost, and reliability in the products you work on.
Desirable
Experience with AWS technologies is a plus, as is familiarity with ASIC design and software development processes. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges. Your analytical mindset allows you to conduct thorough root cause analysis and provide valuable insights to architecture and QA teams.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define new product validation strategies and lead their execution, ensuring that all new products meet Amazon's high standards for quality and performance. You will support the ongoing integration of new products into AWS data centers, working closely with various teams to gather requirements and provide validation perspectives. Your responsibilities will include leading triage and debugging efforts, where you will analyze complex systems to identify and resolve issues effectively. You will also collaborate with ASIC design, software development, and architecture teams to ensure that validation processes are aligned with product requirements.
