Who you are
You have a strong background in systems engineering, particularly in the context of automation and robotics. Your expertise in data analytics and root cause analysis allows you to identify and implement improvements in complex systems. You are familiar with six sigma methodologies and have experience in reliability engineering, which helps you ensure optimal performance of critical automation equipment.
You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with various teams to enhance processes around maintenance and reliability. Your ability to analyze large-scale data from PLCs, sensors, and maintenance records enables you to drive impactful changes that benefit internal customers and partners.
What you'll do
As a Systems Engineer at Amazon, you will be the primary point of contact for internal customers, leading initiatives to improve the maintenance and supportability of mechatronics and sustainable packaging systems. You will engage with cross-functional teams to analyze data and identify opportunities for preventative maintenance and system optimizations. Your role will involve applying your expertise to build scalable solutions that enhance the reliability and availability of automation systems across Amazon's global fulfillment network.
You will utilize data-driven analyses to justify the need for improvements and manage implementation programs for corrective actions.
