Your programming skills in Python and Java allow you to implement fixes for internally developed code and debug complex systems. You have a knack for building new IAM solutions that cater to customer needs, demonstrating your ability to innovate and enhance existing software. You thrive in collaborative environments, working alongside experienced engineers and business partners to influence system design and functionality.
What you'll do
As a Systems Development Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining the IAM infrastructure for Amazon, ensuring secure configurations and features in the Google Cloud tenant. You will diagnose and fix production issues, develop monitoring solutions for IAM services, and perform software maintenance and configuration tasks. Your role will also involve implementing fixes for internally developed code, debugging, and executing persistence solutions queries.
You will collaborate with development teams on Amazon Corporate and Divisional Software projects, updating and enhancing current software while automating support processes. Documentation of systems and managing operational tasks for the AFSS organization will also be key components of your responsibilities. Your contributions will directly impact the customer service experience, as you work to anticipate and resolve customer questions using automated solutions.
