You thrive in high-pressure situations and can work independently while managing station operations effectively. You are comfortable working in ambiguous situations and can devise solutions tailored to the challenges you face. What you'll do
As a Team Lead at Amazon, you will be responsible for overseeing shift operations at our delivery centers, ensuring the smooth functioning of operations in collaboration with the Center manager. You will execute the delivery process from the delivery station to customer addresses, ensuring that your team is adequately prepared for peak delivery times. Continuous improvement of the delivery process will be a priority, as you strive to achieve sustained levels of delivery performance improvement. You will regularly interact with various stakeholders to ensure that operations run efficiently and effectively, showcasing ownership and accountability in your role.
