You possess strong execution skills and are action-oriented, always looking for ways to get things done efficiently with limited resources. You thrive under pressure and can navigate ambiguous situations to find effective solutions. Your people management skills are well-developed, allowing you to lead and motivate your team effectively. You are comfortable communicating in English, both in writing and verbally, and have proficiency in MS Excel, which you use to analyze data and drive operational improvements.

What you'll do

As a Team Lead at Amazon, you will be responsible for managing daily operations at the delivery center, ensuring that inbound and outbound processes run smoothly. You will meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining cost targets and upholding the safety and morale of your team. Your role will involve driving performance management for your team members, supporting the DC manager in executing the operational plan, and ensuring that all operations align with Amazon's commitment to customer satisfaction. You will also be tasked with identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
