Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong technical background and experience in customer-facing roles, ideally with 5+ years in technical account management or a similar field. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is exceptional, and you thrive in environments where you can advocate for customer needs. You understand the intricacies of deploying and managing technical solutions, particularly in the telecommunications or satellite connectivity sectors. Your experience working with Fortune 500 companies or large enterprises has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex organizational structures and drive discussions with senior leadership. You are proactive in identifying potential challenges and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the primary technical point of contact for a diverse range of customers, including telecommunications providers and enterprises. You will provide dedicated technical support and guidance to ensure that customers maintain high technical standards in their Amazon Leo service delivery. Your responsibilities will include driving discussions regarding service implementation, integration challenges, and technical optimization. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and help them successfully deploy, manage, and support satellite connectivity for their business operations. Your role is not sales-focused; instead, you will serve as the 'voice of the customer,' ensuring that their technical requirements are met and that they receive the highest level of service. You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and drive resolutions, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.

We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
