Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong technical background and experience in customer-facing roles, ideally with a focus on cloud services. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly will enable you to act as a strategic advisor to National Security customers. You understand the importance of operational health and are proactive in ensuring customers achieve the best value from AWS.
You possess a deep understanding of AWS services, including EC2, S3, and Lambda, and are familiar with best practices for cloud architecture. Your experience in managing customer relationships allows you to effectively advocate for their needs within AWS, ensuring their environments are optimized and operationally healthy.
What you'll do
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for National Security customers, helping them navigate their AWS journey. You will craft and execute strategies to drive adoption of AWS services, ensuring customers are leveraging the full potential of the platform. Your role will involve regular discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management, making your technical acumen essential.
You will provide advocacy and strategic guidance, helping customers plan and build solutions that meet their operational needs. Your close relationships with customers will allow you to understand their business challenges and technical requirements, enabling you to deliver tailored solutions that drive success.
What we offer
Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $131,300.00 - $177,600.00 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
