What you'll do

As the Facility Operations Center Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that the FOC team operates at peak efficiency. This includes auditing and refining day-to-day processes and event responses to enhance operational effectiveness. You will conduct training sessions and drills to prepare your team for various scenarios, ensuring they are well-versed in data center infrastructure operations. Your role will involve providing on-call event support, analyzing data and alarms, and writing detailed reports to communicate findings and recommendations.

You will manage projects that have a small to medium impact, overseeing them from conception to completion. This will require a balance of independent work and collaboration with external support groups, including engineering and automation teams. Your leadership will direct, train, and support FOC engineers, fostering a culture of excellence in 24/7 monitoring and alarm notification. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the reliability and consistency of the data center's physical infrastructure, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.
