Desirable
Experience in managing power capacity upgrade projects is a plus. Familiarity with IT systems for charger connectivity will enhance your ability to support the commissioning process. A background in sustainability engineering or related fields will be beneficial in aligning with Amazon's goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the commissioning and technical support for EV charging infrastructure across EU Delivery Stations. You will ensure seamless commissioning of EV charging equipment, providing technical expertise for complex failure resolution. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end commissioning process, from installation to operational acceptance, ensuring quality handover processes are in place. You will serve as the first technical escalation point for infrastructure failures, driving initiatives to improve network uptime and performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams, including Sustainability Engineering and external vendors, to ensure the reliability of the EV charging network. Your role will also involve managing power capacity upgrade projects, working closely with stakeholders to deliver the best results for customers.
