Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in technical program management, with experience in infrastructure projects and a deep understanding of cloud services — you've successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. Your analytical skills enable you to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies effectively, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with diverse teams, including software, hardware, and network engineers — your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders sets you apart. You are passionate about optimizing processes and improving operational efficiency, always looking for ways to enhance the performance of your team and the projects you manage.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for AWS data center expansion, focusing on edge infrastructure — you will analyze market trends and customer needs to identify key locations for interconnect capacity. Collaborating closely with engineering and operations teams, you will ensure that all aspects of the infrastructure are designed and implemented to meet the highest standards of safety and security.
You will lead project planning sessions, coordinating with various teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables — your expertise will help guide the team in navigating the complexities of supply chain management and infrastructure deployment. As a Technical Program Manager, you will also be responsible for tracking project progress, managing budgets, and reporting on key performance indicators to senior leadership.
