You have extensive experience in program management, particularly in technical environments, and a strong understanding of enterprise platforms like SAP. Your ability to define multi-year strategies and success metrics aligns with business objectives, ensuring that projects are executed effectively and efficiently. You excel at anticipating systemic risks and dependencies, proactively addressing potential issues before they impact delivery. Your collaborative nature allows you to work seamlessly with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and senior leaders, fostering alignment across various organizations.
You are adept at influencing architectural direction and establishing mechanisms that enable predictable execution in complex environments. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus on project goals. You thrive in ambiguous situations, using your problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and deliver results.
Desirable
Experience with satellite technology or telecommunications would be a plus, as would familiarity with low-latency systems. A background in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment will help you succeed in this role. You are comfortable with data analysis and can leverage insights to inform decision-making processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of mission-critical programs that underpin Leo's global operations. You will define the long-term vision for how enterprise platforms, including SAP, enable business, financial, and operational outcomes. Your responsibilities will include setting multi-year strategies, developing roadmaps, and establishing success metrics that align with Leo's objectives. You will work closely with PMT, business stakeholders, and super users to understand their requirements and ensure that the programs you manage meet their needs.
You will raise the bar for program management excellence across the organization, driving alignment and collaboration among various teams. Your role will involve working with engineering teams, including SAP developers and functional designers, to understand the effort required for successful implementation. You will also be responsible for defining operating models that facilitate effective communication and execution across teams.
