You have a strong background in program management, particularly in technical environments, with experience in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. Your expertise in managing the lifecycle of programs allows you to navigate the intricacies of both customer-facing products and core infrastructure seamlessly. You are comfortable working with high-throughput APIs and have a solid understanding of machine learning integrations, which are critical to driving decision-making processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and manage the lifecycle of a critical program within Amazon's IES DEX organization. You will orchestrate efforts throughout the entire shopping journey, from smart notification systems to sophisticated checkout flows. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the development of high-throughput APIs and integrating complex machine learning models to enhance customer experiences.

You will lead initiatives that span real-time incentive vending and clawback mechanisms, as well as sophisticated abuse prevention algorithms. Your role will require you to analyze large-scale customer behavior datasets to inform decision-making and drive improvements across multiple teams. You will work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of program objectives.
