What you'll do
As the Senior Technical Program Manager for the Buyer Safety Experience team, you will lead initiatives aimed at improving the safety experience for Amazon customers. You will oversee the development of systems that provide actionable safety information and recommendations tailored to individual consumers. Your role will involve collaborating with UI/UX designers to create user-friendly interfaces that effectively communicate safety warnings and product recalls. You will also work closely with engineering teams to ensure the scalability and reliability of the systems you help build.
