You are adept at budget planning and resource allocation, building strong relationships with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

You are committed to driving operational excellence — implementing process improvements, identifying and mitigating risks, and establishing best practices are key aspects of your approach to program management.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and drive delivery via your team on large projects across the Grocery technology space — your leadership will ensure that projects are completed on time and meet the high standards expected by Amazon. You will guide your team in collecting and analyzing business requirements, ensuring that all specifications are accurately documented and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
