What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the Network Operations Center (NOC) to ensure the smooth execution of transportation processes across multiple geographies. You will analyze historical results and initiate programs to enhance operational efficiency in a rapidly growing environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring network performance, identifying exceptions, and implementing solutions to improve service delivery.

You will drive improvements to visibility tools and methods, increasing the availability of actionable data for internal and external partners. Your role will involve significant data analysis to understand trends in network exceptions, allowing you to propose process changes that enhance overall transportation operations.

You will also be responsible for keeping all stakeholders informed during any exceptions, ensuring that communication is clear and timely. Your contributions will directly impact Amazon's ability to serve its customers on time, making your role critical to the success of the transportation network.
