What you'll do

As a Senior UX Designer, you will own and drive the user experience from a global perspective, participating in research studies to inform your design decisions. You will create solutions that scale, ensuring that the user experience is efficient and engaging for over a million Amazon associates worldwide. Your role will involve building relationships across teams and countries, promoting collaboration and efficiency to raise the user experience bar.

You will be responsible for delivering user-centric designs that improve the lives of fulfillment center workers. This includes understanding the physical environment, building layout, equipment, and work processes that impact how work gets done. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure that your designs are implemented effectively and meet the needs of users.
