What you'll do

As a WHS Coordinator, you will provide hands-on support to associates and management in the Fulfillment Center. You will partner with the operations team to implement established safety procedures and train floor managers on their WHS responsibilities. Conducting daily safety inspections will be a key part of your role, as you work closely with area managers and team leaders to identify and mitigate safety hazards.

You will assist the WHS Manager in revising risk assessments and safety training materials, ensuring that all content is up-to-date and relevant. Your insights into unsafe acts and conditions will be invaluable during site management safety walks and discussions. You will play a critical role in executing WHS policies and fostering a culture of safety within the organization.
