Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 2 years of professional experience and possess basic knowledge of safety and health practices. You are proficient in using Windows Office and have business-level Japanese language skills. You are a team player who values collaboration and is eager to contribute to an inclusive culture. You are proactive and have a strong desire to grow in your career, particularly in the field of workplace health and safety.
What you'll do
In this role, you will assist the Workplace Health and Safety Manager in implementing safety management practices within the fulfillment center. Your responsibilities will include conducting safety patrols, promoting 5S activities, and coordinating with various departments to ensure safety compliance. You will also be involved in accident investigations and corrective action activities, as well as conducting safety reviews of work procedures and environments. Additionally, you will manage safety training programs and communication tools to enhance safety awareness among employees.
