Who you are

You have a strong background in CRM marketing, particularly in the healthcare or education sectors, and are passionate about creating impactful messaging for nurses. Your experience includes hands-on execution of multichannel campaigns, and you are comfortable working with CRM systems like Braze to optimize user engagement. You are fluent in German and understand the nuances of communicating effectively with a nursing audience.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with the overall mission of supporting medical professionals. Your attention to detail ensures that all content is relevant, clear, and consistent across various touchpoints. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance the effectiveness of CRM strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on the implementation and optimization of multichannel CRM campaigns tailored for the nursing audience in the DACH region. You will leverage existing AMBOSS content to create engaging CRM flows that resonate with nurses' daily realities. Your responsibilities will include analyzing campaign performance, making data-driven decisions, and continuously refining strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.

You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that speaks directly to the needs of nurses, ensuring that all messaging is relevant and impactful. Additionally, you will play a key role in expanding AMBOSS's CRM efforts following the acquisition of Novaheal, supporting new marketing initiatives and exploring additional opportunities for impact. Your hands-on approach will be crucial in driving the success of these campaigns and contributing to the overall growth of AMBOSS in the nursing market.
