Who you are
You have a strong background in CRM marketing, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in managing and optimizing campaigns. You are hands-on and comfortable using CRM systems, particularly Braze, to implement multichannel marketing strategies. Your analytical skills allow you to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to support their marketing initiatives. You are passionate about connecting with users and understand the importance of localization and market customization in international marketing efforts. You are adaptable and open to learning, encouraging others to apply even if they don't meet every single requirement.
What you'll do
As the CRM Marketing Manager, you will focus on the implementation and optimization of multichannel campaigns through Braze. You will support the execution of AMBOSS' promotional campaigns, ensuring they resonate with our target audience across different markets. Your role will involve advising and collaborating with various teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. You will analyze performance metrics and provide insights to enhance our CRM activities in key markets. You will also be responsible for reporting on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing future initiatives.
