What you'll do

In this role, you will fully own the strategy for Bump in Poland, working to understand user behavior and preferences. You will engage directly with users, conducting interviews and running experiments to gather insights that will inform product development. Your role will involve analyzing trends and user feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. You will collaborate closely with the product team to ensure that the app meets the needs of Polish users, making recommendations based on your findings. You will also be responsible for testing new ideas and features, measuring their impact on user engagement and retention. Your work will directly influence the direction of the product, and you will have the opportunity to see your ideas come to life.
