What you'll do

As a Software Engineer at amo, you will be a key member of the Web Engineering team, responsible for building internal tools and backoffice systems that enhance operational workflows. You will collaborate with internal users to uncover their needs and bottlenecks, translating these insights into scalable, well-engineered solutions that integrate seamlessly into our existing stack. Your role will involve implementing systems for growth levers, distribution flows, and tracking user acquisition and retention metrics.

You will also work on orchestrating event-driven workflows using our workflow orchestration system, ensuring that our infrastructure supports the company's growth objectives. Your contributions will directly impact the speed at which the company can learn and scale, making your role crucial to our success. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from analytics instrumentation to UI and backend layers that empower other teams.
