What you'll do
As a Backend Engineer at Dashlane, you will join the Analysis and Contextual Experience team, focusing on the autofill engine and proactive security features. Your role will involve collaborating with frontend engineers to develop the web extension, ensuring seamless integration of backend services. You will also work alongside security engineers to implement features that enhance user safety online, utilizing machine learning for webpage analysis and phishing detection.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing backend services that support the core functionalities of Dashlane's products. This includes optimizing existing systems for performance and reliability, as well as contributing to the development of new features that improve the overall user experience. You will participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.
