You have a strong background in analytics, ideally with experience in customer success or product analytics. You understand how to leverage data to drive product decisions and improve user experiences. Your analytical mindset allows you to dissect complex data sets and derive actionable insights that can benefit enterprise customers. You are comfortable working in a client-facing role and can communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to learn about Amplitude's Customer Success playbooks to better serve your clients.
Desirable
Experience with Amplitude's platform is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools will help you excel in this role. A growth mindset and a passion for helping customers succeed are essential traits that will contribute to your success at Amplitude.
What you'll do
