Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, with a strong foundation in SQL and Python — you've designed and built data pipelines that support product analytics and drive insights for product features. Your expertise in machine learning allows you to leverage AI to enhance data capabilities, and you understand how to apply data visualization tools like Tableau and Looker to communicate findings effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to support product launches and roadmaps. You are passionate about using data to empower small and medium businesses, and you believe in the mission of supporting independent retailers.
Desirable
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP is a plus, as is familiarity with data orchestration tools like Airflow. You have a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights and are comfortable presenting your findings to stakeholders. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement in data processes and enjoy mentoring junior team members.
