You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on building scalable applications that enhance user experiences. Your background includes working with analytics platforms or similar technologies, and you understand the importance of user engagement in product success. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver impactful features that drive user adoption. You possess a growth mindset and are eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. You value diversity and inclusion, understanding that varied perspectives lead to better solutions. You are proactive in taking ownership of your work and are committed to delivering high-quality results.
Desirable
Experience with digital analytics tools or platforms similar to Amplitude is a plus. Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in enhancing user experiences would be beneficial. You have a knack for problem-solving and can think critically about user needs and product features.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be part of the Product Adoption organization, focusing on helping users realize long-term value from Amplitude. You will collaborate with the Nth User Adoption team to build features that activate new users and highlight relevant product functionalities. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing software solutions that enhance user engagement and drive expansion within existing accounts. You will analyze user feedback and data to inform product decisions and continuously improve the user experience. You will work closely with product managers to prioritize features and ensure alignment with user needs. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall technical direction of the team, ensuring best practices are followed.
