What you'll do

As a Business Systems Analyst at Anthropic, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, from conception through launch. You will configure and customize business systems to meet specific organizational needs, including user permissions, workflows, and integrations. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that the solutions built align with business requirements and scale with the company's rapid growth. You will gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications that guide the development process. You will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization, facilitating communication and ensuring that their needs are met through effective system configurations. You will also be responsible for maintaining and optimizing existing systems, ensuring they continue to meet the evolving demands of the organization. Your role will be crucial in helping Anthropic achieve its mission of creating reliable and beneficial AI systems.
