What you'll do
As a Business Systems Analyst - Security Workforce, you will own and evolve the management of contractor security and access governance. You will build and run programs that govern how contingent workers are onboarded, credentialed, and offboarded from a security and access perspective. Your role will involve creating a seamless technical onboarding experience for engineering and research roles, ensuring that new hires are set up for success from day one. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that security standards are met while providing an excellent user experience.
You will also be responsible for continuously assessing and improving the onboarding processes to adapt to the growing needs of the organization. This includes working closely with security operations to ensure compliance and maintaining the security posture that Anthropic demands. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding experience for all new hires, making it a critical role within the organization.
