You are a highly organized individual with a knack for managing multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have experience in administrative roles, supporting senior leaders, and are adept at building strong relationships with internal and external partners. Your problem-solving skills enable you to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities effectively, ensuring that teams have what they need to achieve their goals.
As the first Administrative Business Partner in the Munich office, you will take on workplace coordination responsibilities, ensuring that the office environment supports focused work and collaboration. You are proactive in identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts, and your attention to detail ensures that logistics for conferences and events run smoothly.
What you'll do
In this pivotal role, you will own the scheduling and logistics for function leaders, partnering closely with them on prioritization. You will coordinate logistics for conferences and events, collaborating with cross-functional partners such as Sales and Marketing. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, proactively identifying conflicts, and ensuring that time is aligned with priorities. You will also be a key point of contact for internal and external partners, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams.
