You have a strong background in compliance and security, particularly in the context of AI systems. Your experience includes building compliance programs that align with regulatory expectations and industry norms. You understand the importance of customer trust and have a proven track record of establishing processes that ensure security and safety in technology. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers and policy experts, to drive compliance initiatives. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with regulators, customers, and internal stakeholders. You are passionate about creating beneficial AI systems and are committed to ensuring that they meet the highest standards of safety and reliability.
Desirable
Experience in the AI or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with security credentials and audit processes. You may have worked in roles that required you to influence industry norms and standards, showcasing your ability to lead initiatives that enhance customer trust. A background in risk management or security compliance will further strengthen your candidacy.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Customer Trust function at Anthropic, focusing on building and scaling processes that meet enterprise customer requirements. You will experiment with and implement automation solutions to streamline customer due diligence, improving response times as customer volume grows. Establishing and leading the Customer Audit function will be a key responsibility, where you will create scalable processes to efficiently manage incoming audits and inquiries. You will work closely with internal partners to ensure that security and safety requirements are prioritized and met. Your leadership will be crucial in assuring regulators and customers that Anthropic's security program meets their expectations. You will also play a vital role in influencing the development of industry norms related to AI safety and compliance.
