What you'll do

As the Education Platform Engineering Lead, you will define the technical vision for Anthropic’s AI-driven educational experiences — this includes overseeing the development of the platform layer and ensuring enterprise readiness features are in place. You will work closely with educational collaborators to build AI-augmented pipelines that adapt content in real time based on learner interactions. Your role will involve shaping how assessments are designed to accurately reflect learner understanding and competence.

You will be responsible for building the infrastructure that supports scalable education solutions — this means ensuring that the systems you create can handle millions of users while providing a seamless learning experience.
