What you'll do

As the Hardware Operations Lead, you will define and oversee the operations of Anthropic's data center hardware. This includes managing the physical deployment of hardware, ensuring that all systems are operational and maintained to the highest standards. You will be responsible for material movement and incident response, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, and capacity planning teams to develop and implement processes that enhance operational efficiency. Your role will involve leading deployment schedules and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure that all hardware is deployed according to plan.

In addition, you will be tasked with developing scalable processes that can adapt to the growing needs of the organization. Your expertise will be crucial in managing data center partners and vendors, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
