You have a strong background in energy procurement and market strategy, with experience in securing large-scale power capacity for infrastructure projects. What you'll do
As the Data Center Energy Lead, you will lead energy procurement efforts to secure multi-hundred megawatt power capacity for Anthropic's AI infrastructure. You will structure utility partnerships and commercial agreements that prioritize speed-to-energization and scalability. Your role will involve managing relationships with utility and regulatory stakeholders, ensuring that Anthropic can efficiently scale its compute capacity while navigating the complexities of energy market dynamics.
You will drive the energy markets and policy strategy for AI compute facilities, actively monitoring regulatory developments that could impact operations. Your leadership will be crucial in aligning energy procurement strategies with the company's mission to develop reliable and beneficial AI systems.
