You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining data integrity across systems. You have a proactive approach to process improvements and are comfortable working with both internal teams and external counsel to support business immigration needs. Your ability to outline the factors involved in visa cases demonstrates your understanding of the immigration landscape and your dedication to supporting a diverse workforce.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and streamline immigration processes for current and future employees at Anthropic. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external counsel to support business immigration cases, ensuring compliance while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and employees. You will outline the factors involved in visa cases, coordinate with recruiters and managers to gather necessary information, and track and follow up on service level agreements (SLAs). Your role will also involve maintaining clear documentation and policies that support Anthropic's growing international presence.

You will be responsible for providing excellent white-glove service to internal clients, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate and employee experience through clear, kind, and responsive communication. Your efforts will help drive process improvements across our immigration operations, contributing to Anthropic's mission of hiring the best global talent. You will play a key role in supporting the company's commitment to creating reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems.
