You are experienced in designing, building, and maintaining scalable features and infrastructure for AI-powered development tools. You stay ahead of advancements in AI-assisted coding by experimenting with new tools and tracking enhancements to existing ones.
What you'll do
As a Software Engineer at Anthropic, you will design and implement scalable features for AI-powered development tools. You will engage directly with developers both inside and outside the company to gather insights that will improve user experience. Collaborating with researchers, you will work on enhancing model capabilities through shared tools and evaluations.
You will contribute across the stack, from front-end UI to back-end services, ensuring that the tools you build are reliable and beneficial for users. Your role will involve experimenting with new tools and evaluating emerging techniques to keep Anthropic at the forefront of AI-assisted coding. You will also track enhancements to existing tools, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of developers.
