What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager for Claude Code Growth, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies aimed at driving acquisition, monetization, virality, and retention. You will ideate, develop, and launch features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction across the product suite. Analyzing product metrics and user feedback will be a key part of your role, allowing you to identify opportunities for optimization and performance improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact growth initiatives, ensuring that all efforts align with Anthropic's mission of creating reliable and interpretable AI systems. Conducting user research will help you understand customer needs and pain points, which will inform your decisions on product features and enhancements. You will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth initiatives, ensuring that the team meets its objectives and continuously improves.
