What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building full-stack applications that support the People Products portfolio at Anthropic. You will design and implement AI-native workflows, creating tools and products that enhance the employee lifecycle from hiring to onboarding and beyond. Your work will directly impact how the company shapes its culture and improves its people practices. You will collaborate closely with Claude and other team members to define what is possible in applied AI, ensuring that the solutions you develop are both innovative and effective. You will have the autonomy to make decisions and will be expected to ship code frequently, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and rapid iteration.
