What you'll do

In this role, you will rapidly design, prototype, and build full-stack internal tools that address business-critical use cases. You will consult with various teams to deeply understand their workflows and identify opportunities for improved productivity through engineering. Your work will involve iterating based on user feedback to continuously enhance the tools you develop. You will create intuitive interfaces that simplify complex tasks, ensuring that users can efficiently accomplish their goals.

You will also be responsible for monitoring system reliability and building for operational excellence, leading incident response when issues arise. Your contributions will play a crucial role in enabling teams to work efficiently and securely at scale, aligning with Anthropic's mission to create reliable and beneficial AI systems.
