What you'll do

As a Technical Program Manager at Anthropic, you will own the operational health of the Safeguards Infrastructure and Evals team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive reliability across various systems, ensuring that all safety-critical pipelines function correctly. You will lead the incident-response process, coordinating with teams to define and meet service level objectives (SLOs). When issues arise, you will ensure that the right people are informed, appropriate actions are taken, and that follow-ups are completed.

In addition to managing day-to-day operations, you will coordinate larger platform investments, including migrations and improvements to evaluation platforms. You will work closely with engineers to understand the technical aspects of the infrastructure and ensure that all projects align with the company's mission of creating safe and beneficial AI systems. Your role will also involve regular communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and challenges.
