Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in program management, particularly in security-related projects, and thrive in environments where ambiguity is common. Your ability to make well-reasoned decisions under pressure is complemented by your experience in translating complex security requirements into actionable programs. You are adept at coordinating across multiple teams, including engineering, compliance, and research, to ensure that security initiatives are executed effectively and on time.
Your experience includes managing infrastructure security programs, where you've led initiatives such as cluster hardening and service boundary enforcement. You understand the importance of security observability and have a track record of implementing measures that protect critical systems. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a collaborative approach that fosters strong relationships with stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of security programs that align with Anthropic's Responsible Scaling Policy. You will drive security workstreams from requirements interpretation through implementation, ensuring that all teams involved are aligned and working towards common goals. Your leadership will be crucial in managing infrastructure security programs, where you will oversee initiatives that enhance the security posture of Anthropic's systems.
You will be responsible for developing strategies and plans that support the execution of technical security programs, enabling the organization to meet its commitments while scaling rapidly.
