Who you are
You are a detail-oriented and skilled Payroll Specialist with extensive experience in managing complex, multi-country payroll operations. You have a proven track record of working in large multinational environments and possess expertise in handling third-party vendor relationships. Your operational excellence is complemented by strategic thinking, allowing you to navigate the intricacies of international payroll processing effectively.
You understand the importance of compliance with local statutory requirements and are adept at coordinating cross-functional inputs from HR, Benefits, and Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing. Your experience includes executing full-cycle payroll processing for international entities, ensuring timely delivery of payroll services to employees across various jurisdictions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be central to managing and scaling Anthropic's international payroll operations. You will execute full-cycle payroll processing for entities in countries including Ireland, the UK, Switzerland, France, Germany, Japan, and South Korea. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining payroll calendars, checklists, and processing schedules across all jurisdictions to ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, including tax filings, social security, and pension contributions.
You will also support the expansion of payroll operations to new countries across EMEA and APAC, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure seamless payroll processing. Your role will involve strategic planning and operational execution, making you a key player in the Finance team at Anthropic.
